Eating for Better Digestion

About the Program

The Eating for Better Digestion workshop is an 8-week program that helps you understand how your food choices affect your body. In a supportive group setting, you’ll explore what dietary choices work best for you. Each week, you’ll receive presentations on different digestive topics that follow along with an activity book to track your progress.

We understand that every body is different and that you are the expert when it comes to your body’s needs. Our role is to provide support and guidance as you navigate and discover the best path for your well-being.

Who is the Course For?

This course is for those who:

  • Adult (18+)
  • Struggle with digestive disorders (IBS, Chron’s, Colitis, GERD, Cronic Heartburn, etc.)
  • Have a poor relationship with food/Eating disorders 
  • Don’t understand how to balance their body’s daily nutrient needs
  • Are looking to learn how to eat healthier

Cost

Rebalancing Access – $120.00For those with extra financial resources who want to help others by supporting more equitable access. 

Fair Access – $100.00For those with enough resources to pay the standard rate.

Supported Access – $80.00For those with limited resources who need community support to participate.

All programs are offered on a sliding scale. If you are unsure of your ability to pay, we encourage you to reach out to us to see if you may be eligible for a scholarship.
