Absolutely! The workshop is designed to be flexible and can accommodate various dietary needs. You’ll learn to tailor your food choices to suit your individual requirements.
No worries! All sessions will be recorded and available to watch at your convenience.
The workshop will be hosted on Zoom. A link will be emailed to you after you sign up.
Each week you'll be given activities and reflection prompts in your personalized digestive health activity book to help you apply what you’ve learned and track your progress.
Expect to spend about 1-2 hours per week on the workshop, including participating in class and completing your activity book.
