Creamy Dreamy Vegan Queso

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup cashews soaked in hot water for 30 minutes, then drained
  • 5 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 cup oat milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until the mixture is pureed and smooth.
