The Eating for Better Digestion workshop is an 8-week program that helps you understand how your food choices affect your body. In a supportive group setting, you’ll explore what dietary choices work best for you. Each week, you’ll receive presentations on different digestive topics that follow along with an activity book to track your progress.
We understand that every body is different and that you are the expert when it comes to your body’s needs. Our role is to provide support and guidance as you navigate and discover the best path for your well-being.

I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to take this amazing course on Healthy Eating. It changed my eating habits forever. I now take more time eating and appreciate what I eat. I learned about so many things that I had never thought of, such as micronutrients and macronutrients. I have enjoyed the many recipes from this course as well.
What I paid for a couple of prescriptions is more than the price of this course, which is so reasonable for the valuable information that will be with me a lifetime. Amanda is very knowledgeable and has a way of teaching that helped clarify how what I was choosing to eat impacted my whole body. As a vegan myself, the course helped me greatly, and encouraged me to try new food options and not to stay in a rut, that way I would get more nutritional value from more choices.
