Each week, you’ll receive presentations on different digestive topics that follow along with an activity book to track your progress.

We understand that every body is different and that you are the expert when it comes to your body’s needs. Our role is to provide support and guidance as you navigate and discover the best path for your well-being.

Will I be pressured to adopt a certain diet?

No!  We recognize that all bodies are different and need different things. The purpose of this workshop is to support you in finding what works best for your body. 

Will I be expected to give up all of the foods I love?

Definetly not! This workshop is designed to support you in finding a balance between the foods you love and the foods that support your body best.

Can I join the workshop if I have dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! The workshop is designed to be flexible and can accommodate various dietary needs. You’ll learn to tailor your food choices to suit your individual requirements.

What if I miss a session?

No worries! All sessions will be recorded and available to watch at your convenience. 

What platform will the workshop use?

The workshop will be hosted on Zoom. A link will be emailed to you after you sign up.

Is there any homework or assignments?

Each week you'll be given activities and reflection prompts in your personalized digestive health activity book to help you apply what you’ve learned and track your progress.

How much time should I dedicate each week?

Expect to spend about 1-2 hours per week on the workshop, including participating in class and completing your activity book.
